It only takes a few minutes to get a campaign started if you have all the needed information ready.

Are there budget minimums?

No. You are in full control of how much you spend on a daily basis and you can start and stop campaigns whenever you want.

How do I contact support?

You can email support from your account login or at support@touchplatform.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours or less.

Do I need to use SwipeThru™ technology on my campaigns?

No, we recommend using Swipe but it’s not mandatory; you can use our platform however you would like. Also, SwipeThru™ technology currently only works with Display banners.

Can I use gesture data even if I do not use SwipeThru?™

Absolutely, we use gesture data wherever we can and the reporting is available in your account login.

Do I have to use a credit card to make payments?

Yes, we only accept credit card or Paypal payments today.

​Do you offer managed services instead of self-service?

There are managed services options by request however they require monthly fees and potentially other charges that are not required in the self service platform.

If I don’t have creatives can you help?

Yes. We offer creative services as well for an additional charge. Please email support@touchplatform.com Also our Native ad formats can be created within the platform very easily if you have an image to display. (no charge)

No, we offer inventory for both mobile and desktop advertising programs, as well as CTV inventory.

What advertising formats do you offer?

Display Ads (banners), Video (Pre Roll & In Banner), and Native Advertising. Our Specifications

What is my fee for using the platform?

There is a 10% fee for using the platform. This means we charge you based on what you spend. For example, if you spend $100, you will be charged $10.

What file format do I need for video programs?

We have developed an approach that works with almost all video file formats.

Can you track and report on conversions or acquisitions?

​Yes, we provide conversion reporting within your account and necessary tracking pixels.

Can you target specific locations?

​Yes. We can target based on Zip Code, DMA or Longitude and Latitude.

How do you handle Ad Fraud and other Internet Advertising issues?

​Our technology is built in order to protect consumers against most ad fraud issues and we also utilize third party systems to help combat these nefarious activities. We also have a team of technology members that are always focused on how we can improve the consumer and advertiser experiences and safety with us.
